DICK'S Sporting Goods

I bought a pair of Nikes for my son for his birthday and back to school. They were too small. I tried to exchange the shoes for a bigger size and they would not let me. They said, “the shoes had a scuff mark on them and they could not resale them.” The shoes did not, my son literally put them on and took them right back off. I did not want to make a scene and cause issues so I said okay and left, but I am very upset and out $50 dollars now and I don’t have the money to go buy my son another pair of shoes for school. I’ll never spend another dime at Dicks again.

I will never enter this store again. Went today for school items and pretty much nothing on sale. $40 for a kids Nike t-shirt. Fast forward and unfortunately I had to go to the bathroom. Trust me when I tell you NOTHING could have prepared me for that‼️‼️‼️Complete and utter filth beyond imagination. Mildew moldy caulk behind the sinks (hello bleach will handle this). The floors probably haven’t been cleaned since Ronald Regan was in office. Do not use these bathrooms. I have half a mind to call the health department. Then to top off my visit the clerk Grayson was busy high five-ing his buddies and chit chatting rather than being bothered to help the people in line! Peace out Dicks ✌🏻

Just got a $40 water bottle from this place. It was delivered. The top of it was scratched. Looks like a razor blade. They get good money and send out junk. I guess put your good stuff on the shelf and ship out your junk & damaged, Dicks you’re acting like Amazon…. Quit asking us to do surveys and hire some supervisors!!!

Aleiya and Amiyah did a fantastic job with customer service. She noticed, from across the store, that I had been waiting to check out for several minutes without being attended to. She went and took initiative to assist me, answer my questions for item stock, and overall had great customer service. Aleiya was very attentive and kind with helping me with my exchange. Thank you!

Been coming to this location for many years. They’ve usually got exactly what I’m looking for and more. Running shoes, shorts, rain gear, snow gear. Very nice to have a place around with this much variety. Also, +100 points for military parking up front and military discount!
